Brno Customer Service Center
The Brno Customer Service Center is managed according to the worldwide recognized COPC Standard. We have an onsite certified COPC coordinator, who in cooperation with the rest of the management team and colleagues from our call centers in Germany and other worldwide locations ensure adherence to these standards and apply shared best practices. Six Sigma methodologies are used for data analysis and continuous improvement efforts. Focus & priority is given to achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction by all site management and clearly rolled down to agent level, creating an overall site culture focused on having happy and satisfied customers.
After-sales services
Our After-sales division offers sophisticated and tailored services around repair of electronic devices. With a capacity of several thousands of repairs a day, our repair center is one of the largest in EE region. From simple SWAP to complex microBGA soldering operations, our repair center is equipped with the latest technology and covers all repair levels. Our repair expertise, combined with our wide range of logistic solutions, enables us to maintain our TAT as low as possible and reach a high level of reliability and quality. All our operations are supported by our own customized end-to-end IT platform based on SAP technology. Our complex IT solution allows us to deliver our customers full control of the value chain and to meet all requirements placed on our services.
